About
The Harvest Center of Charlotte moves homeless men, women, and children from lives of insecurity and dependency to empowerment and self-sufficiency. We provide a holistic transitional program called the Charlotte Passport Program, which integrates Eight Dimensions of Wellness and Incentives. Our one-campus model provides housing, mental health services, personal transformation life-coaching and faith-based strategies.
