Transition Team

At THCC, we Love People! When new program participants move in, we want the process to be smooth for them. We celebrate them as they get their keys and assist them by helping them move their personal items into their new home. The Smooth Move crew will be right beside staff as we embrace our new participants and welcome them home. After our participants graduate from our program, we will also assist our them with moving their personal items into permanent housing!
