Transition Team

At The Harvest Center, we love people, and the Transition Team plays a key role in supporting participants during important life transitions.

Volunteers serve alongside staff to assist new participants as they move into our program, helping transport personal belongings into their new space and ensuring the process is smooth and supportive.

This team also supports participants as they graduate from the program by assisting with moving their belongings into permanent housing, helping make this next step as seamless as possible.
